If you really want to build a successful blog online – you definitely need to learn how to be a productive blogger.
Today, I’m going to share with you the only two online tools that you will ever need to be a productive blogger.
There are many tools online that you can use to help you with productivity but if you are not careful it can get overwhelming and you can find yourself not knowing exactly what tools to use and exactly what you need to do with such tools.
Sometimes Simplicity is the best way to go!
I have been blogging for a while now and I do like to keep it simple because I know how important it is to take massive consistent action with everything that you need to do.
Building a successful blog online takes time and a lot of effort and dedication.
So, the faster you can get going, the faster you can get off the ground, and the faster you will accomplish your goals online.
You can get too distracted and overwhelmed looking at too many tools online, and end up not using any or not really taking full advantage of them.
I am only using two online tools to help me be as productive as possible when I get online to do some work.
These two simple tools are helping me with two simple things; Self-Organization and Time Management.
It is very important that you organize your time and what you need to do on a regular basis.
Without the proper organization you can easily end up wasting a lot of time online and get frustrated when you don’t get things done.
It is also very important to note that you must invest in your blogging and internet marketing education so you know exactly what you should do and exactly what you need to be doing every day and every week.
Once you know exactly what you need to do, to take your blog to success online, you can come up with your own action plan to follow.
It will be a lot easier to manage your time once you know exactly what you should do every day and every week.
Hold on there!

Just think about it, how can you manage your time and organize yourself if you don’t know exactly what you need to be doing and how you need to be doing it? You get what I mean?
This is why I need to make it very clear how important it is to invest in your blogging and internet marketing education. Take this very seriously man!
Today, I’m going to share with you exactly what I do myself to be a productive blogger online.
How to Be a Productive Blogger
Let’s start with the tools.
Tool #1
Google Docs
This is a great tool to help you get very well organized with everything that you need to do and with all of the resources that you need in order to put in the massive consistent action online.
The great thing about your Google Documents is that you can access them on any device with internet access. All of your work is saved online ready for you to access anytime anywhere.
It really helps a lot to write down your goals, write down what you need to do, and have your own action plan to follow.
One of the reasons why you might not be as productive right now is because you’re failing to organize yourself and you have not created your own daily (or weekly) action plan.
You must create your own Daily or Weekly Action Plan!
I mainly use the Google Sheets Document to help me with this.
Here an example;
These are some of the productive things to work on when building a successful blog online.
By doing this, and organizing everything like this, it is easier for me to be as productive as possible when I get online to work on my blog.
Here’s another thing that I do to help me get organized online;
I took the time to organize everything on my internet browser so all of the links and all of the resources that I need are one click away.
I also took the time to put everything in a corresponding folder. That way every time I get online on my computer, to do what I need to do to take my blog one step closer to my goals online, I can get right to work with ease.
You can save a lot of time by doing this simple thing. Trust me!
I highly recommend you to take the time to create your own daily or weekly action plan to follow.
And, again, remember that it is important to invest in your blogging and internet marketing education so you can create an effective action plan for yourself.
You will learn a lot on this internet marketing blog alone – so I also recommend you to subscribe to the newsletters to get blog updates.
Tool #2
Tomato-Timer.com
Now that you know what you need to do and you have your own daily (or weekly) action plan to follow, it is time to learn how to manage your time.
I’m going to share with you what I do myself to manage my time and make sure that I am productive and I actually do get things done when I get online.
The Tomato Timer is a great tool to use to help you with productivity. It will help you manage your time very efficiently and help you stay focused.
We want to use this online timer to help us implement what they call; the Pomodoro Technique.
If you don’t know what the Pomodoro Technique is – watch the following video.
Can you see how this would help you increase your productivity online?
Let me tell you what I personally do; I know exactly what I need to do to promote my blog and my content online, I come up with my action plan and I Implement each strategy for 25 minutes.
After these 25 minutes of productive work, I take a little break and then move on to the next thing that I need to do.
Makes sense?
This is how I’m staying very productive online these days.
I don’t need to buy any online tools or buy any services to help me be productive online. These two simple tools alone can be very powerful, but only if you make that decision to make them powerful for you.
It is not about buying expensive and fancy tools, but about making the best out of ANY tool!
I have seen people who invest a lot of money on fancy tools, and services to help them with their productivity – but never really get far online.
At the same time, I have seen people who use free tools and the simplest tools, and get very far online.
Can you tell what is going on there?
It’s not about what tools you use, but HOW you use the tools you currently got!
