Its exciting to have a list of places where a blogger can β€œborrow” article to create content.

However, care should be taken when engaging in this step. Some writers or bloggers have gotten into plagiarism issues even when they acknowledge the author.

It is best to make effort to create original copies. If this is not possible in the short term, then the β€œborrowed” article must be completely rewritten.

Thanks for sharing these simple tips on how to easily get content for my blog online. I’m familiar with borrowing a chunk of content from other bloggers. At first, I thought it was plagiarism, but I’m wrong. To make it legal, I should give back the credits to the owner/writer of the article when I post it on my own blog. I’m also thankful for the list of article directory sites that you have mentioned.

    Have a nice day!

      No problem Ann!

Just remember to do it right. And what I mean is to use a Full Article and not just pieces from different articles. I hope that is not what you are saying when you said….

“I’m familiar with borrowing a chunk of content from other bloggers.”

I don’t really know what you mean by “Chunk” but I hope you don’t mean taking bits and pieces from one article to create a new one. Doing this can really hurt your blog.

Use the Entire Articles and give the credits to the original author and sources.

Here is a very interesting post I published about valuable tips for every blogger online…

To “borrow” someone’s content is a smart tip! You have to ask permission first, some or most of bloggers do not want their content to be published on other blogs without any noticed. They will feel like it was stolen.

Well, n you tip and your advice on how to borrow content, I deem it’s going to be awfully helpful for bloggers to swiftly find a novel content to publish.

I found this post shared on, the Internet marketing social site, and I “kingged” it and left this comment.

      Hey Metzsss!

      That’s a great comment! .. πŸ˜€

I agree with you that it is a great idea to contact the owner of the blog where you are “borrowing” an article from.

But I talk mainly about Article Directories and they are so many online for a reason. There is a reason why is ranked site number 889 in the entire world (Alexa Ranking).

There are Millions of people going to these article directory sites.

Most of these article directory sites have an option for every read and visitor to RE-PUBLISH the article anywhere on the web.

The only times “borrowing” content from any source, can really hurt your blog online – is when… 1) you do it a lot!! … and … 2) you try to rank the same content in the search engines too much! ..

THe only time I would “borrow” content is when I want to share valuable information I came across the internet to my readers and followers. I never try to use this content to rank in the search engines but they still send me traffic with duplicated content.

And even the people who works at said that they don’t take duplicated content as webspam or anything like that. The only time you hurt your blog with duplicated content is when you use that content in a bad way.

I have been experimenting with blogging, SEO and internet marketing for 5 years now Metzsss … I know what I’m talking about here…. when I say I disagree with you when you say these tips are going to be awfully helpful for bloggers.

These are actually the best tips to quickly build your blog and build up the traffic to it very fast.

Most of the content on the internet IS BORROWED CONTENT!

Even Matt Cutts, who leads the webspam team and works on search engine optimization issues at, said it! ..

You can watch him talk about this here….

The problem is not the “duplicated content” … the problem is the USER who is using that content in the wrong ways.

But hey!.. everyone’s got their own opinions… but our knowledge and all shows on the success we have and not the things we say…

Anyways… thanks for an interesting comment Metzsss!!

      I wish you much success!!
