I have never liked cold calling. Well, I only tried it once or twice, but still, I hated talking to people on the phone, and try to get them to become a good lead for my network marketing opportunity.
I’m just not very good at talking to people, and convincing. I actually hate doing that, a lot. I would rather have people who are truly interested in an opportunity, come to me.
This is why I have taken the time to learn everything I need to know about internet marketing. Generating leads online is not as complicated as you might think.
I also got a little creative with marketing, and came up with some good offline marketing strategies. I’m going to teach you how to generate leads without cold calling, with different marketing strategies, so get ready
You can generate leads for any opportunity you have. You just need to learn how to set up your funnel, get the traffic, and capture leads. This is a very simple process.

How To Generate Leads Without Cold Calling
I’m going to teach you multiple ways to drive traffic, online and offline, to help you generate leads for your business.
Before you start working on traffic, though, you need to have everything set up and ready to capture leads for you. You need to put together the funnel you want to use.
You will need a high converting capture page, and an email autoresponder. You can learn more about funnels and capture pages here.
Once you have your funnel ready, and everything else ready, it is time to drive traffic!
– Generate Leads Online
1 – Social Media
Social networks are full of people, potential customers. They are a great place to find people who might be interested in what you have to offer.
You need to learn how to reach out to them, learn how to build up your own network and following, and then turn them into leads.

A great place to build up a network, is Facebook.
Facebook has over 1 billion users!
You definitely want to learn more about Facebook Marketing. You can generate a lot of leads from facebook alone.
You should also learn how to build your own network on other Social Networks like Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, and LinkedIn.
Of course, I highly recommend you to learn how to master one at a time. Be careful to not get too overwhelmed working on multiple social networks at the same time.
Some people will be able to work many social networks at the same time, and some would not be able to. But just to be safe, I suggest you to focus on one or two social networks at a time. 😉
2 – Forums
Forums are a great place to generate leads from. There are many forums online, with thousands of active members, on different topics.
The way you get traffic from forums online is through your ‘Forum Signature’. This is an indirect way to promote your capture page.
You should only use forums where you are allowed to have a signature with a link.
Do not make the big mistake to directly promote yourself, your website, or anything on the forums. You will get kicked out if you do.
The strategy with forum marketing is very simple. You create a good signature copy ad, and then become a very active member in the community. The more forums posts you leave, the more traffic you can get.

3 – Blogging
Do you have a blog online?
If you are trying to build a successful business online, and you do not have your own blog yet, then you are not doing whatever it takes, are you?
I think everyone who wants to make money online, should have a blog online.
Even if you are building a business offline, if you want to generate leads without cold calling, blogging is a great way to do so.
Let me give you a simple example; … your blog is like a 24/7 store you own – it is open all the time, people can visit at any time, look around, and buy something or leave their information if they are interested in something.
A blog can work for you on autopilot.
Just think about it.
My blog here, for an instance, gets traffic every single day, whether I publish something or not. But, of course, I had to put in the necessary work to make this happen.
You can accomplish the same, and have your blog online generate targeted leads for your business. Building a successful blog online is a very simple process, it just takes a lot of consistent action!

4 – Search Engine Optimization
The search engines can get you a lot of free targeted traffic. If you know how to do the proper search engine optimization, that is.
Just imagine this; someone wants to learn more about your company, and they want to do a google search to find more information about it …. they type “xyz company reviews” into the search box, and one of your webpages show up on the first page of the search results!
How awesome is that!
Search engine optimization is a great way to make your online content be found by interested people. You just have to learn this online skill set, and take a lot of action with it.
A blog site would be the best tool you can have to benefit from the search engines. Take this internet marketing blog for example; a lot of people come here from the search engines, and that is because I took the time to optimize a lot of the content here, for the search engines.
You can do the same!

5 – Videos
Videos are a great way to get targeted leads. Videos, also help you connect with potential leads on another level!
There is more of a personal approach through video. You would connect with someone, and relate to someone, a lot better through a video.
You can also create amazing information videos – you don’t necessarily need to be in the video. But, I highly recommend you to mix it up. Get out of your comfort zone, and record yourself sharing a lot of value in your niche.
Youtube.com is one of the best places to share your videos, and get some free targeted traffic from. As you might already know, Google now owns Youtube. And this is great news for you!
You can get free targeted traffic from Youtube.com AND Google.com. How powerful is that, uh!!!? 😀

I’m telling you, video marketing is a great way to get targeted leads online. It is just a matter of learning how to do it, and just do it. I share a lot of good information on this topic here on this blog already.
6 – Classified Ads Online
These are great places to place your ads, and get free leads from. I don’t currently have a post on this subject, but expect them in the future. 🙂 … just subscribe to this blog to get updates!

Go to these sites, and start posting your ads. You can also search for good free classified ads training online, go through it, and take a lot of action with them.
7 – Paid Advertising Online
If you have a good amount of money to invest into paid ads online, you can definitely get a lot of very good targeted traffic fast.
Of course, paying for traffic, is always a gamble. It also takes good experience, and the right knowledge to make it a profitable investment.
If you are going to decide to spend on paid advertising, I highly suggest you to invest in the right education, first. You can’t just go around buying traffic, if you are not sure of how to get a good ROI.
Do you even know what ROI means?! lol
ROI means Return On Investment.
There is a big learning curve when it comes to paid advertising online. There is so much amazing training on this marketing strategy online. The best trainings are, of course, paid trainings. You always get what you pay for.
I recommend you to invest in your education here. It will pay off, if you take this marketing strategy online very seriously!
– Generate Leads Offline
1 – Business Cards
Business cards are a great way to advertise your business. You just have to get very creative with them. 😉
Let me give you a good tip you can implement with your business cards;
Get a few hundred business cards, with your website on it (this would be your capture page), and go around libraries dropping them in between books. This is something I have learned a while ago from another marketer.
You can go to different sections in the library, and put your business card in between books. Now, do not go overboard here, do a few books at a time. You can also get a bit targeted with this – you can drop your business card on a book related to what your business is all about.
This is one creative way to advertise with your business cards. You can get very creative with them. Brainstorm every day and come up with good ways to advertise your business cards around town.

2 – Sticky Notes
This is a very simple offline marketing strategy – very similar to the business cards strategy I just shared with you.
You can write a short ad on many sticky notes, with your website address on it, and stick them in between books at libraries. This is even better than business cards because they will stick on the book’s page. Business cards can drop off the books sometimes.
You can also stick these at bus stops, stores, and places with a lot of people. Just get very creative with how you use these sticky notes. I know this is something very simple, and free, but it has a lot of good potential if you do a lot of it.

3 – T-Shirts
Have you ever thought of advertising your business, and your website, on t-shirts?
This is a great way to advertise your business offline – you just have to make sure you are a very active person, or get a lot of very active people to wear your t-shirt. You want to show it to the world.
There is no point on wearing a t-shirt advertising your business, at home. You know what I mean!
You have to get out there and show off your t-shirt. You can also hire people to wear them at certain locations and events. Again, just get very creative with this!
4 – Car Stickers
There are many companies that pay you a monthly amount, to advertise their business on your car. It is a real business model, look it up if you want.
So, why not do it yourself, to advertise your own business?
You can get car stickers advertising your business, and have your website address on it. You can go for small or medium car stickers, or you can go BIG!
You can get a lot of good business leads like this. Just make sure your website address is short and easy to remember. Making sure you have a short and sweet website address is VERY important for this marketing strategy.
Most of the people who will see your ads here, are on the move (driving). You want them to be able to remember where to go to, if they like your ad on your car.
Very simple offline marketing strategy that can pay off if you do it right!
5 – Magazine Ads
There are many magazines where you can advertise your business on. You just gotta look for them, see if they offer advertising space, and contact them.
If you are in the Home Based Business Niche – I got a very good site where you can get advertising packaged for magazines in this niche. This is a powerful resource, I’m just going to give it to you, because I really want you to succeed. 😉

If your business is on a different niche, you can definitely do a bit of research and find magazines to advertise on. You could even go to stores where they sell magazines and look through them. Find a magazine in your niche, and see if they offer advertising.
Very simple but powerful offline marketing strategy here.
6 – Newspaper Classified Ads
This is one of the most old-school ways to advertise online. I’m talking about Newspaper Classified Ads. Believe it or not, a lot of people still go through these every Sunday.
You can invest on a few classified ads in multiple newspapers, and get targeted leads from them.

I also suggest you to do your own research and find out how to advertise on your local newspapers.
These are great ways to generate lead without cold calling. I just shared with you many ways to advertise your business, and get leads!
You can definitely get a lot of targeted leads online, without having to call anyone at all. Of course, you will need to have everything in place, the right way. You will need to have a proven system to capture the leads for you, and follow up with them.
