I remember when I made the decision to learn how to make money online. Back in late 2010.
All I knew is that average people were able to make money from a website online.
I didn’t even know what a domain name was at that time. I was a brand new newbie online! LOL
But I was very determined to learn it all. I started dreaming about making money online from a website – I just had to do whatever it takes to make it happen.
So I did.
It took me a long time to get it all together. A lot of money and time invested. A lot of frustration and struggles along the way, but I made it happen, no matter what happened along the way.
I started learning all about blogging and internet marketing. My very first blog was about ‘Dating & Relationship Tips’ – I was working on making my current love relationship work at that moment, so I got into that niche.
That was the beginning of my blogging journey!
I learned how to build WordPress Blogs very fast and I fell in love with it. I had no problems building good looking blog sites online. What really challenged me, was the traffic generation part.
And that is one of the most challenging things when you are building a blog site online. Most newbies at blogging online, struggle the most with this part of the process.
Traffic, traffic, traffic!!
Today, I’m going to talk to you about one good way to drive targeted traffic to your blog online.
This is a great traffic source – but you gotta put in the necessary consistent work to make it work.
This simple internet marketing strategy works very well, IF you work it very well! 😉
If you do not work, then this will not work. As simple as that!
I’m talking about Forum Marketing!!!
Forum Marketing is a great way to drive free targeted traffic to your blog online. All it really takes is the right knowledge to implement the strategies, and the right actions to make it happen.
One thing I have learned over the time of doing this, is that you got to work on your position in your marketplace, in your niche.
You need to be in the right position to help the people in the forums. The way to implement forum marketing the right way is by solving people’s problems all over the forums. It is a very simple concept.
Forums + Problems + Solutions = Traffic
I wrote a good blog post where I talk a bit about positioning – read it here.
